Seeded by point differential, the top two finishers from each bracket move on: Chapel Bridge / Caravan and Great Belt West A from Phase North, and Great Belt West B / Velkey and Alister West from Phase South. Chapel Bridge / Caravan and Great Belt West A finished tied at +5 in Phase North — the tie was broken by their head-to-head result, a 10–7 win for Chapel Bridge / Caravan, giving them the top seed.
